Says “I don’t have the app installed error”

We apologize, it seems that from time to time our database times out when gathering info from myspace and we just have to clear it.  In conjunction with myspace it times out … we will be more aware of this and keep this from happening again.  Sorry for the issues and we thank you for your feed back!

“AUTO or MACRO adders” be WARNED!

In our efforts to continue to keep our site running efficiently, protect the value of our users paid services on the “Featured Lists” and give everyone else on the “CLeared List” a fair chance to have a GREAT user experience adding friends and being added by new friends on our site. SPUKO has now had to implement a monitoring system to ban, as we call them the “AUTO or MACRO adders”! Unlike the Mobsters app and many other apps, that aren’t really able to do much to prevent the MACRO users, SPUKO CAN!!! All sites become bogged down or slowed when automated systems are running on them, slowing down the normal users experience.

Our policy is simple, we have implemented a system to monitor these automated systems and those users will be temporarily banned from ALL adding applications and the offender will have to submit an email request (info@spuko.com) to be reviewed in order to be re-activated. Second time offenders, will be banned permanently from ALL adding applications!

The offender will not be banned from utilizing other aspects of the site (id# search, forums and other features coming soon)! The offenders, will certainly be able to add other users from the lists, just not be added to the lists!

SPUKO is here to make this the best “One STOP SHOP” gaming apps site available to make our users experience an enjoyable one!

Thank You,
GM SPUKO

PROs/CONs of increasing your HEALTH over the other Upgrades!

HEALTH BASICS 101

Health can be increased when you level up within your Upgrades section.  Health increases 10 for every 1XP used to increase it.  Every 10 health increase will also increase your damage taken and given when in battle. In addition, there will be a maximum increase in XP gained per battle.

Here is how it basically works, maximum health / 20 - 1. ie: (100 health/20-1=4XP max), so if you have 500 health you get max 24XP, (500 health/20-1=24XP max). The downside to increased health also comes increase damage, if you are fighting a person that has the same health as you. The fight damage is predicted by the person with the lowest health.  ie:  lvl 20 with 100 health attacks a lvl 160 with 500 health, the outcome is usually (1 damage to lvl 160) and (27-29 damage to lvl 20), same situation but lvl 20 with 120 health attacks lvl 160 with 500 health outcome is usually (1 damage to lvl 160) and (43-50 damage to lvl 20).

On the battles WON, you will be able to see the correlation of the XP and damage taken.  ie: Battle someone on your lvl 20, both have 100 health outcome (you WIN receiving 14 damage - opponent receives 17 damage). Damage taken is 14/3=4.666XP, but the max is 4XP with the 100 Health.  If the same was true of the battle (14-17 damage), but both were 110 or 120 health then you would gain 5XP. ie: (110/20-1=4.5XP rounded up would be 5XP or 120/20-1=5XP)

These 2 formulas work together, but can be a double edge sword depending on your goals.  At least you can understand what are the predictors and how to manage your damage given and taken in these app games.

Why Leveling Up Too Fast Will Hurt You In The Long Run

Many people think that they need to increase levels as fast as possible to do well in Outworld, Mobster, and Heroes. This myth is false and will end up hurting your game in the long run.

How do I level up?

Leveling up is based off the number of Exp a user receives when attacking, defending, and completing missions.

Why is it important not to level up?

These applications are based off of cash flow. The more cash flow one has coming in, the more weapons one can purchase. Leveling up too fast will not allow an individual to secure enough cash flow to purchase the max number of weapons to defend oneself if an attack is initiated by another user.

Winning a battle is not always a victory. If Exp is gained then you are a step closer to buying the next levels weapons. Lets use an example.

At level 14 the max number of weapons someone can use is 145 guns (i.e. Lightning Gun), 145 armor (i.e. Survival Suits), and 145 vehicles (i.e. Hover Tank). At level 15 the max number of of guns, armor, and weapons a user can use is 150 of each, but the Seige Tank is unlocked which costs $300,000 each and has an upkeep of $1200 per hour. To purchase 150 seige tanks at level 15 it will cost a user $15 mil and $150,000 per hour in upkeep. This is a big jump from just having all hover tanks in the previous level.

This process will become more difficult at level 30 and 40 when the Starfighter and Battleship units become unlocked.

How do I not gain Exp?

  1. Do not do missions
  2. Purchase the most defensive weapons, armor and vehicles available at your level (i.e. Level 10- 50 Rail Guns, 50 Survival Suits, and 50 Hover Tanks).
  3. If you are attacked at any level and have the max amount of defensive weapons available you will gain 0 Exp 98% of the time. There will be a few occasions when someone will come along that has the same amount of weapons you have that will either beat you or will make you gain Exp by losing to you, but in a close battle.
  4. Another strategy that will allow you to lose Exp is to die. The most infamous Outworld player who uses this strategy is Russel Crowe id# 154305941. Russell has managed to stay at Level 5 by dieing repeatedly whenever he is about to level up.  Russell does this by attacking high level players when he is just out of sickbay (i.e. 20 health).

How To Find Someone Through an ID#

Every myspace user has whats called an id#. This id# is used in all applications to identify each user. It is quite simple to find any user in all applications. If you know the id# in Outworld you can switch to Heroes or Mobsters, input the id# and find the user’s profile in these other apps.

Here is how you find an id#:

Firefox browser:

This url bar is taken from Outworld. The numbers shown at the end of the url is known as the id#. You can take the #’s 81988516 and place them in any other application or in myspace to find this user’s other games or myspace page.

Note: You have to go to another user’s Outworld, Mobster, or Heroes page in order to replace the id#. When you first enter these apps there is no id# shown in the url bar.  The easiest way to do this, is to simply go to Battle and find the first user you see and click on their profile. Go to the url bar and scroll to the end.

The difference between firefox and Internet Explorer is that there is a 22 added in front of the id# as shown in the image below.

This user’s id# is 133975415.

So if you see someone post an id# like 22133975415, you just have to remove the 22 to find the actual id# or if you are using Interenet Explorer you can just replace the entire id.

Please let us know if you have any further questions on this subject.
